Our rent is jumping from $500 to $750, and now we’ll also have to cover utilities, bringing our monthly costs to $2,000—a huge increase we simply can’t manage without help. This isn’t just a budget problem. It’s the difference between staying open or cutting back the services that so many rely on to eat.
These are your neighbors, your parents, your grandparents—people who can’t get out to shop or cook for themselves. People who depend on us not only for food, but also for connection, safety, and care. We’re doing everything we can to keep going, but we can’t do it alone.
We’re urgently asking for your support.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps keep meals coming and our program alive. If you can’t give, please share this message. Spreading the word can make all the difference. We’re fighting to keep serving our community. With your help, we can continue showing up for those who need us most.
Please donate today—we truly can’t do this without you.
Thank you for your compassion, kindness, and support.

South West Meals on Wheels
Our Mission Statement – To provide meals to homebound seniors and individuals
Benefits of Meals on Wheels – Clients receive nutritious homemade food that consists of a hot meal that includes a protein, starch and vegetable, a sandwich or cup of soup, salad, fruit, dessert and a quart of milk every Monday.
Our clients receive a visit from a volunteer who delivers the food and provides contact. If clients do not answer the door an emergency contact is called to determine where the client is and that they are well. In some cases, this may be the only person that client sees all day.
